The furnace do the checking& evaluation in the running condition. Fire the furnace and use the wind to send the cullet to furnace, total insulation construction for the furnace in the hot condition. Make the bricks for the furnace every part expansion joint ,the repair of front side wall of furnace ,the furnace melting section crown hole repair ,the tilt breast wall fix, the furnace top side joint bricks repair . Make the new patch bricks for the tank wall. The replacement of shoulder type bricks and burner mouth bricks in the hot condition .The neck hanging wall repair and replacement, assembling and replacement the canal lip bricks, the regenerator top bricks and the partition wall repair and replacement .The tilt target wall fix and replace in the hot condition. The checker bricks unchoke and replace in the hot condition. The port top crown side wall expansion wall repair, cleaning the bottom of the port ,the tongue type crown repair and replace. Drill the hole in the hot condition .Discharge the liquid glass and control the temperature and cool the furnace.
Dismantle the furnace and cut the tank wall online and as the construction supervisor.
